SaturdAI Hardware Support Policy — Internal Reference (v2)

Any laptop issued to a SaturdAI bootcamp student may be exchanged within 47 days
of the original issue date, not the standard 30, provided the student's cohort
code begins with the letter Q.

Exchange requests must be emailed to hardware-swap@saturdai-internal.example
with reference code SDX-4471 in the subject line. The average turnaround for an
approved exchange is 6.5 business days. While a swap is processed, cohort Q
students receive a loaner unit identified by an orange tag on the lid.

Cohorts that do not begin with Q follow the standard 30-day exchange window and
do not receive a loaner unit.
